Farabi has presented the demonstration of "necessity and possibility", which is considered among the strongest evidence on the existence of God. After Farabi, other especially Muslim philosophers, philosophers, presented differing views about it. Ibn Sina`s demonstration is one of the earlier and most well-known expositions of the evidence on the existence of God. Using an analytical-theoretical approach, this paper analyzes Ibn Sina`s demonstration of necessity and possibility and examines the works of western scholars who consider the mentioned demonstration as a cosmological evidence. Aquinas`s exposition is among the most famous expositions of this demonstration in the West. This study reviews this demonstration from the viewpoint of Aquinas, and comments on it. اثبات وجود بارى تعالى از دیرباز همواره مطمح نظر فلاسفه بوده و در این راه، تلاش هاى زیادى انجام داده اند که منتهى به ادله و براهین متعددى گشته است. یکى از بهترین و محکم ترین ادله در خصوص اثبات وجود خدا، برهان «وجوب و امکان»، ابتکار فارابى است. پس از ایشان، سایر فلاسفه الهى، به ویژه فلاسفه اسلامى، با بیانات متفاوتى آن را تبیین کرده اند. یکى از قدیمى ترین و معروف ترین تقریرهاى برهان اثبات وجود خدا، برهان ابن سینا است. این پژوهش با رویکرد تحلیلى و نظرى، ضمن ارائه تحلیلى از برهان «امکان و وجوب» از منظر ابن سینا، به بررسى آن در آثار اندیشمندان غربى پرداخته است. این برهان در آثار اندیشمندان غربى، جزو براهین جهان شناختى است. از میان تقریرهاى متفاوتى که این برهان در غرب دارد، تقریر آکوئیناس داراى شهرت فراوانى است. این پژوهش با تبیین این برهان از منظر آکوئیناس، به نقد و بررسى آن مى نشیند.   https://marifat.nashriyat.ir/sites/marifat.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/6_27.pdf
