abstract = {"Social Justice" is a unique Islamic solution for tackling many social disorders, especially poverty and inequality. Today, with the emergence of deficiencies in market-oriented and state-oriented solutions, this solution has become more important. Undoubtedly, reviving this solution for contemporary Islamic societies and enjoying its benefits requires a proper understanding of the principles, fundamentals and basic rules of its function based on genuine Islamic sources and their up-to-date presentation. In order to achieve such a goal, this research has used a descriptive- analytical method to study, fairly comprehensively, the clear injunction of the verses, narrations and life of the infallible Imams. After extracting, categorizing and analyzing the related texts, this research has discovered and presented the basic features of the Islamic livelihood Takaful in doctrinal, moral and value aspects, the rules of generosity and seeking help as well as the political, economic and social norms.},

abstract_fa ={«تکافل اجتماعی» راهکار بی نظیر اسلامی برای درمان بسیاری از نابسامانی های اجتماعی، به ویژه فقر و نابرابری است. امروزه با آشکار شدن نواقص راه حل های بازارمحور و دولت محور، این راهکار اهمیت دوچندانی یافته است. بی تردید، احیای مجدد این راهکار برای جوامع اسلامی معاصر و بهره مندی از مزایای آن، مستلزم بازشناسی صحیح اصول و مبانی و قواعد اساسی عملکرد آن بر اساس منابع اصیل اسلامی و ارائه‌ی روزآمد آنهاست. این تحقیق به منظور دستیابی به چنین هدفی، با استفاده از روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی، به فحص عمیق و نسبتاً جامع در نصوص آیات و روایات و سیره ائمه‌ی اطهار علیهم السلام پرداخته و پس از استخراج، دسته بندی و تحلیل نصوص ذی ربط، ویژگی های مبنایی تکافل معیشتی اسلام را در ابعاد اعتقادی، اخلاقی و ارزشی، قواعد بخشندگی و حاجت خواهی، هنجارهای سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی کشف و ارائه داده است.},
