abstract = {Salman Farsi, the great companion of the Messenger of Allah, had a style in management that could be called an "Islamic value-based management style". He had a lofty and value-based outlook on power and responsibility, and considered this issue as a ground for the rule of divine values and doing service to the people. His style of management in the political, military and cultural areas was based on the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and Imam Ali (pbuh). The present descriptive- analytical paper aims to pave the way for identifying the appropriate model of Islamic management style through studying the management of this great companion of the Prophet.},

abstract_fa ={سلمان فارسی، صحابی بزرگ رسول خدا صلی الله علیه و آله، دارای سبکی در مدیریت بود که می توان آن را «سبک مدیریت ارزشی اسلامی» نامید. نگاه او به قدرت و مسئولیت، نگاهی متعالی و ارزشی بود و این مقوله را به عنوان زمینه ای برای حاکمیت ارزش های الهی و خدمت به خلق می دانست. سبک مدیریت او در عرصه های سیاسی، نظامی و فرهنگی برگرفته از آموزه های پیامبر اکرم صلی الله علیه و آله و امام علی علیه السلام بود. این نوشتار به روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی با هدف زمینه سازی برای دستیابی به الگویی مناسب در سبک مدیریت اسلامی، در تلاش است تا نوع مدیریت این صحابی بزرگ رسول خدا صلی الله علیه و آله را شناسایی کند.},
