The selection of a competent manager has a process, One of its stages is Cadastre or, to the Qur'an, the term "election by God". Cadastralization also has an essential role, one of the most important of which is the popularization or, according to the Holy Quran, "inducing love". Love was in the purity of the prophet of Allah, but the Wisely love that encompassed the friend and the enemy. The present article explains and analyzes some of the types of love of the Prophet of Islam with the opposition, with a theoretical and analytical method. یکی از مهم‏ترین و پراهمیت‏ترین عوامل گسترش اسلام در میان مردم حجاز و دیگر قلمروهای تحت پوشش شخصیت محبوب و مهربان پیامبراکرم صلی الله علیه و آله است که با حمایت و عنایت الهی همراه بود. از جمله بحث های اساسی منابع انسانی، انتخاب و گزینش بهترین نیروها برای مدیریت و رهبری جامعه است که در اصطلاح آن را «گزینش اصلح» یا «به‎گزینی» و به تعبیر قرآن کریم «اختیار کردن» می‎نامند. گزینش مدیر اصلح، فرایندی دارد که یکی از مراحل آن، کادرسازی یا به تعبیر قرآن «اصطناع» است. کادرسازی همچنین دارای مر‎احلی است که یکی از مهم ترین آنها محبوب سازی یا به تعبیر قرآن کریم «القای محبت» است. محبت در وجود نازنین رسول خدا صلی الله علیه و آله سرشته شده بود؛ لیکن محبتی حکیمانه که دوست و دشمن را دربرمی‎گرفت. نوشتار حاضر با رویکرد نظرى و تحلیلى، برخی از گونه‏های تألیف قلوب پیامبر اکرم صلی الله علیه و آله را در رفتار با مخالفان تبیین، تحلیل و بازشناسى کرده است. https://marifat.nashriyat.ir/sites/marifat.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_43.pdf
