Also, Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, whose political thought is based on Shi'a political jurisprudence, is the criterion for recognition of the principles of the Islamic Revolution, and so far, he has played a decisive role in directing and raising movements among the nations. In his thought, with the development of the responsibilities of the Islamic system, the goal of establishing such a system is defined at three levels: national, regional and global. In the regional and international dimension, he considers the exportation of the Islamic Revolution, i.e. promoting the influence of Islam among the people of the world, as a genuine responsibility of the Islamic government towards the world, which must be followed in cooperation with all pillars of the system, through the obligatory principle of "commanding good and forbidding evil" as one of the most important Islamic concepts. In his eminence's political thought, the goals of the international exporting the revolution included intrinsic and inevitable; exporting a model of desirable values, fulfilling religious duties, neglecting oppression and protecting the oppressed, military tactics, following the principle of "invite", maintaining darul-Islam and preparing conditions for the global Islamic government. In his eminence's political thought, the goals of the international exporting the revolution included intrinsic and inevitable; exporting a model of desirable values, fulfilling religious duties, neglecting oppression and protecting the oppressed, military tactics, following the principle of "invite", maintaining darul-Islam and preparing conditions for the global Islamic government. انقلاب اسلامی ایران الگوی بیداری بشریت در عصر حاضر است. همچنین امام خمینی ره معمار و بنیانگذار انقلاب اسلامی ایران، که اندیشه‌ی سیاسی اش مبتنی بر فقه سیاسی شیعه است، معیار شناخت مبانی انقلاب اسلامی قرار می گیرد و تاکنون در جهت دهی و جریان سازی در میان نهضت ها و ملت های مبارز جهان نقش تعیین کننده داشته است. در اندیشه‌ی ایشان، با توسعه‌ی حوزه‌ی مسئولیت های نظام اسلامی، هدف از تأسیس چنین نظامی در سه سطح ملی، منطقه ای و جهانی تعریف می شود. ایشان در بعد منطقه ای و جهانی، صدور انقلاب، یعنی تلاش در جهت توسعه‌ی نفوذ اسلام در میان مردم دنیا را مسئولیت اصیل دولت اسلامی در ورای سرزمین های ملی می داند که از طریق اصل واجب «امر به معروف و نهی از منکر» به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین مفاهیم دین اسلام، با همکاری همه‌ی ارکان نظام، باید پی گیری شود. در اندیشه‌ی سیاسی ایشان اهداف صدور بین المللی انقلاب شامل ذاتی و اجتناب ناپذیر بودن؛ صدور الگوی ارزش های مطلوب، اجرای تکلیف شرعی، نفی ظلم و حمایت از مظلوم؛ تاکتیک تهاجمی؛ پی گیری اصل «دعوت»؛ نفی سبیل؛ حفظ دارالاسلام؛ و زمینه سازی برای حکومت جهانی اسلام است. مقاله‌ی حاضر به روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی انجام گرفته است. https://marifat.nashriyat.ir/sites/marifat.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/4_45.pdf
