International actors engage in a pre-made structure. Using descriptive-analysis method, this paper seeks to evaluate the relationship between the behavior of the actors with their goals, and their being-effected by the existing structure of the international relations from the viewpoint of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli to comprehend and classify the behavior of the actors. Concentrating his idea, as a well-known scholar in this field, this paper implies that, religious attitude is the most complete explanatory approach. Arrogant actors have created a structure based on personal interests and security through the deprivation of security and interests of the other actors to eliminate the religious and human values. Emphasizing religious and human values, anti-arrogant actors seek to build a new structure, which provides justice and security for all global actors. این مقاله به دنبال تحلیل رفتار و ملاک های رفتاری کنشگران بین الملل در تعامل با یکدیگر است. ازآنجاکه بازیگران بین المللی در ساختاری پیش ساخته به تعامل می پردازند. مقاله با روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی تلاش می کند رابطه‌ی میان رفتار کنشگران با اهداف آنان و تأثیر پذیری از ساختار موجود را از منظر آیت الله جوادی آملی ارزیابی کند. از این طریق می توان به طبقه بندی، سطح تحلیل جامع و پیش بینی مطلوبی درخصوص رفتار بازیگران دست یافت. نوشتار حاضر معتقد است نگرش دینی کامل ترین رویکرد تبیینی است، بدین روی، اساس محتوای نوشته متون به دست آمده از یکی از بزرگ ترین تحلیل گران دینی است که در زمینه‌ی روابط بین الملل صاحب نظر است. بازیگران مستکبر با حذف ارزش های دینی و انسانی، ساختاری مبتنی بر منافع و امنیت شخصی از طریق سلب امنیت و منافع دیگر کنشگران پدید آورده اند. کنشگران سلطه ستیز با محوریت ارزش های دینی و انسانی به دنبال بنا نهادن ساختار جدیدی هستند که تأمین کننده‌ی منافع و امنیت عادلانه برای همه‌ی کنشگران جهانی باشد. https://marifat.nashriyat.ir/sites/marifat.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/8_38.pdf
