Using a descriptive-analytical method, and attracting the attention of people to the view of Islam towards the forbidden property this paper is conducted. Islam has given much importance to the tendency of human beings towards the unlawful property. The lack of knowledge in God's essence and attributes and the lack of faith in the resurrection are among the factors of tendency towards forbidden property from the point of view of Islam. If the human being knows his lofty position in the creation, he will not be attracted to unlawful property. If a person is not aware of the lawful and unlawful ways of obtaining a property and the consequences of forbidden property, he may be attracted to the unlawful matters. مال حرام یکی از مهم ترین عوامل انحراف انسان از مسیر سعادت و سقوطش از مقام بندگی است. این نوشتار با هدف تبیین نظر اسلام نسبت به گرایش به مال حرام در بعد بینشی، نگاشته شده است. دین اسلام به نوع بینش انسان در گرایش به کسب مال حرام بسیار اهمیت می دهد. ضعف در شناخت ذات و صفات خداوند متعال، عدم توجه به احکام شرعی و معاد، و غایت انسان، از عوامل گرایش به مال حرام از دیدگاه اسلام است. اگر انسان به جایگاه والای خویش در نظام خلقت واقف باشد، به مال حرام گرایش نخواهد یافت. اگر انسان به حلال و حرام شرعی و راه های کسب روزی حلال واقف نباشد؛ همچنین به عواقب کسب مال حرام معرفت نداشته باشد، گرایش وی به مال حرام، دور از انتظار نخواهد بود. مقاله حاضر به روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی به این موضوع پرداخته است. https://marifat.nashriyat.ir/sites/marifat.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_48.pdf
