One of the characteristics of Shiites is spreading justice and submission to the right. A believer may discriminate in helping his faithful brothers and in giving them personal possessions, as much as he wishes to give, but in case of public treasury, he must observe justice, and friendship or enmity should not affect him performing his duty. Also in legal and financial disputes between individuals and when going to a court, he must comply with the court order. Some people are apparently claiming to adhere to Islamic precepts and obey God's instructions, but when thier interests are in danger, they refuse to accept those Islamic precepts. In disputes and where a judge, according to the Islamic standards, has issued a verdict, it must be accepted, however, to the detriment of the individual. این مقاله شرحی است بر کلام امیرمؤمنان علی علیه السلام در باب اوصاف شیعیان واقعی. از دیگر ویژگی های شیعیان، عدالت ورزی و تسلیم بودن در برابر حق است. یک مؤمن در کمک به برادران ایمانی خود و اختصاص امکانات و اموال شخصی به آنها می تواند تبعیض قائل شود و هر قدر دوست دارد بذل و بخشش کند، اما در اختصاص بیت المال باید رعایت عدالت نماید و دوست و دشمنی را نباید در انجام وظیفه خود دخالت دهد. همچنین در اختلافات حقوقی و مالی بین افراد و هنگام مراجعه به دادگاه، باید به حکم دادگاه تمکین نماید. برخی به ظاهر مدعی پذیرش احکام اسلامی و تبعیت از دستورهای خدا هستند، اما وقتی منافع آنان به خظر می افتد، از پذیرش احکام اسلامی سر باز می زنند. باید در اختلافات و در جایی که قاضی مطابق موازین اسلامی حکمی را صادر کرد، آن را پذیرفت، هرچند به ضرر خود فرد باشد. https://marifat.nashriyat.ir/sites/marifat.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1_53.pdf
