abstract = {The Holy Quran describes the manner of management and governing of some of divine prophets, who governed society well and in accordance with the cultural and social relations of their age. Cultural management is based on cultural patterns, and sociologists believe that the degree of success of any society in management practices is influenced by the values that govern its cultural context. Now The question which may arise here is whether or not the management based on the principles of Islam and Quranic teachings can be applied to cultural management. The present research uses a descriptive-analytic method, and reviewing the management style and governance of Prophet Solomon in the Holy Quran, the research points out to such principles as “alliance and supervision, punishment and encouragement, reverence, research and inquiry, teaching and correspondence, evaluation and competition creation” and then explains these principles using managerial sources and Quran commentaries.},

abstract_fa ={در قرآن کریم شیوه‌ی حکومت داری و مدیریت برخی از پیامبران الهی شرح داده شده است، پیامبرانی که به شکلی صحیح و با توجه به مناسبات فرهنگی و اجتماعی عصر خود، جامعه را به بهترین شکل اداره کردند. مدیریت فرهنگی، مبتنی بر سرمشق ها و الگوهای فرهنگی است و جامعه شناسان معتقدند میزان موفقیت در به کارگیری شیوه های مدیریت یک جامعه، تحت تأثیر ارزش های حاکم بر بافت فرهنگی آن است. حال این سؤال قابل طرح است که آیا می توان در خصوص مدیریت فرهنگی، از مدیریتِ مبتنی بر تعالیم اسلام و قرآن بهره گرفت؟ در پژوهش پیش رو، به روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی با توجه و تأمل در سیره‌ی مدیریتی و حکومتی حضرت سلیمان در قرآن کریم، برخی از این اصول همچون «تفقد و نظارت، تنبیه و تشویق، تکریم، تحقیق و بررسی، تعلیم و مکاتبه، ارزیابی و ایجاد رقابت» معرفی شده و با استفاده از منابع مدیریتی و تفسیری، به تبیین و شرح آنها پرداخته شده است.},
