However, goals and destinations that people regard as being blissful, desirable, or progressive are different. Accordingly, Western development from the Islamic perspective cannot be included in the concept of progress. Because from an Islamic point of view, worldly desires as the ultimate goal of human endeavors not only do not provide human excellence and prosperity, on the contrary, it is the root of human decline. Therefore, what defines the nature of the process of progress is the system of goals and ends that each society seeks to achieve. The goals determine both the nature of a transcendental movement and the ways and strategies for achieving the desired perfection. Given the central importance of strategies in the discourse of progress and the lack of significant impact in this regard, the present paper, inspired by the conceptual and semantic analysis, describes some of the most important strategies for achieving progress and reveals the semantic link between them. The findings showed that rationality, social order, justice, freedom, and socialization are some of the most important strategies for progress that, although Islamic, have many implications, they have an identical relationship in the example. پیشرفت و کمال‏طلبی از ویژگی های ذاتی نوع بشر و آرمانی جهان‏شمول است. بااین همه، اهداف و مقاصدی که آدمیان نیل به آنها را سعادت، مطلوب یا پیشرفت تلقی‏ می‏کنند، متفاوت است. برهمین اساس، توسعه غربی را از منظر اسلامی نمی‏توان ذیل مفهوم پیشرفت گنجاند. چون از دیدگاه اسلامی، کامجویی دنیوی به عنوان هدف نهایی تلاش‏های انسانی نه تنها زمینه‏ساز تعالی و سعادت انسانی را فراهم نمی‏سازد؛ برعکس، ریشه اصلی انحطاط بشر به شمار می‏رود. بنابراین، آنچه ماهیت فرایند پیشرفت را مشخص می‏کند نظام اهداف و غایاتی است که هرجامعه درصدد تحقق آنهاست. اهداف هم ماهیت یک حرکت استکمالی را مشخص می‏کند و هم شیوه‏ها و راهبردهای رسیدن به کمال‏مطلوب‏ها را تعیین می‏کند. با توجه به اهمیت کانونی راهبردها در گفتمان پیشرفت و فقدان اثری معتنابه در این خصوص، جستار حاضر با الهام از روش تحلیل و توصیف مفهومی و معناشناختی، برخی از مهم ترین راهبردهای نیل به پیشرفت را مطمح نظر و پیوند معنایی میان آنها را آشکار شد. یافته ها نشان داد که عقلانیت، نظم اجتماعی، عدالت، آزادی و جامعه پذیری چند راهبرد مهم پیشرفت به شمار می روند که از نگاه اسلامی اگرچه مفاهیم متعدند؛ در مصداق دارای رابطه این همانی اند. https://marifat.nashriyat.ir/sites/marifat.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/8_47.pdf
