Using a descriptive-analytic method, this article seeks to prove the necessity of forming such a state by presenting Quranic and textual proofs. It concludes that many Quranic verses and narrations clearly demonstrate the necessity of the formation of an Islamic state in the age of occultation. Referring to the contradictory narrations, this paper shows that some of these narrations are weak and not based on authentic document. Some authentic narrations advocate positive uprisings and approved of them, explaining the indices of positive uprisings and negative uprisings. Other narrations which argue against staging any uprisings prior to The Savior uprising, cannot support their claim because it contradicts the other proofs and narrations, and the arguments they offer against staging non-divine uprisings based on discriminate use of religion and religious purposes, seem limited. اهمیت اداره‌ی جامعه‌ی اسلامی در عصر غیبت و ضرورت تشکیل حکومت اسلامی در این دوران، مسئله ای بسیار مهم است که از آغاز غیبت تاکنون همواره مورد مطالعه و بررسی بوده است. در این نوشتار این مسئله با هدف اثبات ضرورت تشکیل چنین حکومتی، با ارائه‌ی ادله‌ی قرآنی و روایی، با شیوه‌ی توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بررسی شده، و این نتیجه به دست آمده که آیات و روایات بسیاری بر ضرورت تشکیل حکومت اسلامی در عصر غیبت دلالت روشن و بی خدشه دارند. درباره‌ی روایات معارض نیز تبیین شده که برخی از این روایات از نظر سندی ضعیف و بی اعتبار هستند. در بین روایات معتبر، برخی از آنها با تبیین شاخص های قیام مثبت و منفی، قیام های مثبت را تجویز و بلکه تحسین می کنند. برخی دیگر که با اطلاقشان بر نفی هرگونه قیامی قبل از قیام قائم علیه السلام دلالت دارند، در اثر تعارض با ادله و روایات دیگر، از اطلاق می افتند و دلالتشان بر نفی قیام های غیر الهی که از نام دین و اهداف دینی استفاده‌ی ابزاری می کنند، محدود می شود. https://marifat.nashriyat.ir/sites/marifat.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_54.pdf
