The comprehensiveness of the Quran as a book which responds to all human needs and its intelligibility as well as the interpretation of the Quran made by Prophet Muhammad and the infallible Imams have urged religious scholars to interpret the Quran over time and with the rising of new needs, using various sciences and so, its extent has increased over the time. The Quran commentary based on the commentator’s political-scientific expert knowledge is called “the study area of the political commentary of the Quran”—the question on which this article focuses, and like any scholarly piece of writing, it should have specific foundations, methods, principles and criteria for arranging the logical order of any piece of writing. The purpose of such a commentary may, first and foremost, be to recognize the only comprehensive international constitutional law concerning international relations and reject the claim of the duality of religion and political authority. Citing holy Quranic verses, and relying on library resources, the article attains the stated goals and seeks to briefly discuss the main pillars of this kind of commentary. در بین کتاب های آسمانی، قرآن تنها کتاب مصون از تحریف و راهنمای همه انسان هاست تا روزی که جهان برقرار، و زندگی بشر در آن تداوم دارد. جامعیت قرآن نسبت به نیازهای بشر و فهم پذیری، تبیین و تفسیر آن توسط پیامبر اکرم صلی الله علیه و آله وسلم و ائمه‌ی طاهرینعلیهم السلام، عالمان دین را برانگیخت تا با بهره گیری از علوم مختلف، درگذر زمان و بروز نیازهای جدید، به تفسیر قرآن بپردازند، که در طیّ زمان تاکنون، گستره‌ی آن افزوده گشته است. تفسیر قرآن با استفاده از تخصص علمی سیاسی مفسر، «گرایش تفسیر سیاسی قرآن» نامیده می شود که محور مقاله پیش رو است و مانند سایر نوشته های علمی باید از مبانی خاص، روش و شیوه و اصول و ضوابط که سازنده‌ی نظم منطقی هر نگاشته و مکتوبی هستند، برخوردار باشد. هدف از این گونه تفسیر می تواند در درجه اول، شناخت تنها قانون اساسی جامع جهانی در روابط بین الملل و نیز ردّ مدعای جدایی دین از سیاست باشد که نوشتار حاضر با بهره مندی از آیات کریمه قرآن و روش کتابخانه ای و دستیابی موفقیت آمیز به اهداف موردنظر نگاشته شده و سعی بر آن بوده که به ارکان اصلی این گونه تفسیر به طور اجمال پرداخته شود. https://marifat.nashriyat.ir/sites/marifat.nashriyat.ir/files/1404-11/9.pdf
