abstract = {Redistribution of wealth is defined as reducing income inequality and creating economic opportunities for development. Using a descriptive-analytical method this paper seeks to analyze the role of reputation of ownership in the redistribution of wealth. Ownership is a specific relationship between the owner and the property that enables the owner to take possession of the property. The purpose of this research is to provide the conditions for the elimination of poverty in the society upon the rule of reputation of ownership. The findings show that, the rule of reputation of ownership and considering the wealth as a Divine trust can draw the attention of the rich to the needy to meet their needs upon the rule of redistribution of wealth.},

abstract_fa ={توزیع مجدد ثروت به سیاست هایی گفته می شود که برای کاهش نابرابری درآمدی و فرصت های اقتصادی و به  منظور پیشبرد «توسعه» پیش بینی  شده است. این مقاله درصدد است به روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی نقش اعتباری بودن مالکیت انسان و امانی بودن اموال برای توزیع مجدد ثروت را بررسی نماید. مالکیت رابطه ای خاص میان مالک و مِلک است که امکان تصرف مالک در مِلک به سبب آن مهیا می شود. هدف از این بررسی نشان دادن ایجاد زمینه برای از میان رفتن فقر در جامعه از طریق ایجاد باور به اعتباری بودن مالکیت انسان و امانی بودن ثروت در دست وی هست. روش ارائه مباحث توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، به شیوه‌ی تفسیر موضوعی، با بررسی دلالت آیات است. نتیجه به دست آمده این است که باور به اعتباری بودن مالکیت انسان و امانت الهی دانستن ثروت، موجب می شود ثروتمندان به نیاز افراد کم  درآمد توجه کرده و برای رفع نیازهای معیشتی آنها اقدام کنند که آن را عمل بازتوزیع ثروت می نامند.},
