abstract = {In Sunni and Shi'ite sources, there are traditions that indicate that the Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H.) was enchanted by a Jewish man. These narrations have been voided both in terms of the textual criteria and the validity of the narration. But since magic is of a mysterious nature, in order to validate these narrations, it is necessary to clarify what magic is. Using a descriptive-analytical method this paper seeks to analyze the nature and feasibility of enchanting the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H.). The Qur’an and Muslim scholars believe that magic is a sensual act that has a threefold domain including the will of the wizard, the enchantment, and the will of God. According to the arguments, this triangle cannot be realized regarding the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) and magic cannot affect any of the existential dimensions of that Prophet (P.B.U.H.).  },

abstract_fa ={در منابع اهل سنت و شیعه روایاتی وجود دارد که حاکی از سِحر شدن پیامبر اکرم صلی الله علیه و آله و سلم به وسیله شخصی یهودی است. این روایات هم از لحاظ معیارهای متنی و سندی اعتبارسنجیِ حدیث دچار خدشه است، و هم به مثابه شأنیت روایت تفسیری از باب سبب نزول متزلزل می نماید. اما ازآنجاکه سِحر ماهیتی مبهم و رمزآلود دارد، برای اعتبارسنجی این روایات، پیش از هر رویکردی بایستی چیستی سِحر روشن شود. تحقیق حاضر با رویکردی تحلیلی و انتقادی می کوشد که ابتدا چیستی سِحر را تبیین کند و سپس به امکان سنجی تأثیرگذاری آن بر پیامبر اکرم صلی الله علیه و آله و سلم بپردازد. تأمل در آیات قرآن و بررسی دیدگاه دانشمندان مسلمان، نشان می دهد که مقوله سِحر عملی نفسانی است و دارای یک حوزه سه گانه است که به اراده‌ی ساحر، قابلیت مسحور، و اراده خداوند بستگی دارد، و بنابر ادله و مستندات نقلی و عقلی، این مثلث درباره پیامبر صلی الله علیه و آله و سلم  ناتمام است؛ و سِحر نمی تواند هیچ یک از مراتب وجودی آن حضرت  را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد.},
