abstract = {Due to its importance, the issue of women is considered by researchers and sociologists in various dimensions in this era, and accordingly, it is a factor in changing the atmosphere of various societies in favor of women. Religion and heavenly books can be mentioned as one of the serious factors influencing this change. The presentation of these books on women's identities is a factor in clarifying the serious effect of religious teachings. Since the identification of women in their special rulings has not been explored in the two books of the Quran and the Torah, in this study we intend to re-read the individual, social and religious identity of women in their specific rulings by an analytical and partial religion method. This research has shown that women's identities in some rulings, whether dependent or independent, reveal their identities and ultimately provide a platform for new reading of the teachings of the Quran and the Torah.},

abstract_fa ={مسئله‌ی زنان به دلیل اهمیت آن از ابعاد مختلف مطمع نظر پژوهشگران و جامعه شناسان در این عصر می باشد که به فراخور آن عاملی برای تغییر فضای جوامع گوناگون به نفع زنان است. از دین و کتاب های آسمانی به عنوان یکی از عوامل اثرگذار جدی در این تغییر می توان نام برد. ارائه نمایی از این کتب در هویت زنان، عاملی در روشن شدن اثر جدی آموزه های دینی است.    
ازآنجاکه هویت یابی زنان در احکام خاص ایشان در دو کتاب قرآن و تورات مورد کاوش قرار نگرفته است، در این پژوهش برآنیم به بازخوانی هویت فردی اجتماعی و دینی زنان در احکام اختصاصی آنان با روش تحلیلی و دین پژوهی جزئی بپردازیم.    
این پژوهش نشان داده که هویت زنان در برخی از احکام، وابسته یا مستقل بودن هویت آنان را آشکار می نماید و در نهایت بستر خوانش جدید از آموزهای قرآن و تورات را فراهم نماید.},
