abstract = {Using a descriptive-analytical and documentary method and focusing on the views and opinions of higher education thinkers, this paper studies the challenges and strategies for the realization of the Islamic university as an Islamic civilizer university. The findings indicate that, universities today are considered the pillars of civilization, which directly or indirectly affect the society. The university is a place for the production of science required for the Islamic civilization. Achieving a common understanding about the university of Islamic civilization, raising the Quranic and epistemological awareness of all academic activists, planning, policy making, developing the right strategy, providing the necessary infrastructures in a continuous, timely, real, independent, actual, God-centered and practical process through a futuristic approach are among the means for the realization of the Islamic civilization university. },

abstract_fa ={هدف بررسی چالش های پیش رو و راه کارهای تحقق دانشگاه اسلامی به عنوان دانشگاه تمدن ساز اسلامی است. روش تحقیق توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و اسنادی براساس دیدگاه ها و نقطه نظرات اندیشمندان حوزه آموزش عالی، دانشگاه اسلامی و تمدن سازی است. نتایج نشان داد: دانشگاه ها امروز به عنوان ستون های نگه دارنده تمدن ها تلقی می شوند، آنها مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر کلیه مسائل جامعه تأثیر دارند و دانشگاه محل انباشت علم برای تمدن سازی است. برای رسیدن به دانشگاه تمدن ساز اسلامی راه برون رفت از چالش های موجود، رسیدن به فهمی مشترک در خصوص دانشگاه تمدن ساز اسلامی است و بهترین مسیر رسیدن به دانشگاه تمدن ساز اسلامی، بالا بردن آگاهی های قرآنی و معرفتی برای تمامی دست اندرکاران حوزه دانشگاه هاست. برنامه ریزی، سیاست گذاری، تدوین استراتژی مناسب و تدارک زیرساخت های لازم در یک فرایند طولی مستمر، زمان بندی شده، واقعی، مستقل، غیرشعاری، خدامحور، با رویکردی آینده نگر و داشتن آموزش های کاربردی برای ارتقای شناخت رهبران و مدیران آموزش عالی از لوازم تحقق دانشگاه تمدن ساز اسلامی است.},
