Using a descriptive-analytical method, this paper studies the analyzes the relationship between the legitimacy and the divine caliphate of man from the perspective of Mohammad ‘Amara. He considered the divine caliphate of man as one of the foundations of the theory that considers the appointment of the Imam to be the right of the people. According to the view he adopts in monotheism in legislation, he considers God as the source of the legitimacy of ruler, but due to his erroneous idea about the divine caliphate of man, he chooses the method that considers the appointment of the Imam to be the right of the people. Aside from the inconsistency of this view with his view on Khatamit, Finality of Prophethood, Prophethood and legislative lordship, his theory is in conflict with conclusive rational and narrative arguments. «خلافت الهی» ازجمله مبانی کلامی مشروعیت سیاسی و همچنین روش تعیین حاکم به شمار می آید که دیدگاه های گوناگون ـ از نصب الهی تا انتخاب مردم ـ در این زمینه از آن بهره برده و سعی در ابتنای نظریه خود بر آن داشته اند. در تحقیق پیش رو با روشی تحلیلی ـ توصیفی به رابطۀ مشروعیت و خلافت الهی انسان از دیدگاه محمد عماره خواهیم پرداخت. عماره خلافت الهی بشر را از مبانی نظریه انتخاب حاکم توسط مردم قلمداد کرده است. وی با توجه به دیدگاهی که در توحید در تشریع اتخاذ می کند، منشأ مشروعیت حاکم را الهی می داند، اما با توجه به انگارۀ نادرست او در باب خلافت الهی انسان، روش تعیین حاکم را انتخاب و رأی مردم تلقی می کند. این تلقی علاوه بر ناهمخوانی با دیدگاه وی در خاتمیت، نبوت و ربوبیت تشریعی، با ادلۀ قطعی عقلی و نقلی نیز در تعارض است. https://marifat.nashriyat.ir/sites/marifat.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/6_62.pdf
