abstract = {As a complete religion, Islam has a plan for all aspects of our lives, and none of the areas of human life is devoid of Islamic values. Much research has been done on the induction of Islamic values in various areas of life; But not much research has been done on the ranking and stating the hierarchy of values. On the other hand, to express the position of each value, it is necessary to determine the criteria for evaluating and ranking values so that values can be compared in different areas. Using the descriptive-analytical method, the following research has examined verses, narrations and rational arguments in order to find the criteria that express the existential or hierarchical precedence of one value over another value, and in general has come up with the following criteria: the precedence of legal values over Ethical values, guiding values, the logical relationship among insight, orientation and behavior, the existential precedence of value actions over value traits and the superiority of ultimate values over the underlying values.},

abstract_fa ={اسلام به عنوان دین کامل برای همه‌ی ابعاد زندگی ما برنامه دارد و هیچ کدام از ساحت های زندگی انسان خالی از ارزش های اسلامی نیست. تحقیقات زیادی در مورد استقراء ارزش های اسلامی در ساحات مختلف زندگی صورت گرفته است؛ اما مطلبی که کمتر به چشم می خورد، رتبه بندی و بیان سلسله  مراتب ارزش هاست. از سوی دیگر، برای بیان جایگاه هر ارزش، لازم است ملاک ارزیابی و رتبه بندی ارزش ها مشخص شود تا براساس آن، ارزش ها در ساحات مختلف مورد مقایسه قرار بگیرند. تحقیق پیش رو با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به بررسی آیات، روایات و ادله‌ی عقلی پرداخته، تا ملاک هایی را بیابد که تقدم وجودی یا رتبی یک ارزش را نسبت به ارزش دیگر بیان می کند و در مجموع به ملاک های ذیل دست  یافته است: تقدم ارزش های حقوقی نسبت به ارزش های اخلاقی، ارزش های راهنما، رابطه‌ی منطقی بین بینش، گرایش و رفتار، تقدم وجودی افعال ارزشی نسبت به صفات ارزشی و برتری ارزش های غایی نسبت به ارزش های زمینه ساز.},
