abstract = {The word promise generally means a promise to do something at a specific time or place in the future that the word "Va'd" is used for good news and the word "Vae'id" is used for bad news. According to theological discussions and verses of the Holy Quran, God fulfills His promises and His promises are never broken. Paying attention to divine promises is a method for encouraging people to obey God's commands and abandon divine prohibitions. Using a comparative-analytical approach, this study has examined the divine promises in the Qur'an and the books of Chronicles, especially the promises that God has made to David and Solomon (a.s.). The findings show that God's promises to David were fulfilled based on the Qur'an; but the Qur'an does say anything about the fulfillment of God's promises to Solomon. Of course, according to the history, they are also realized. },

abstract_fa ={«وعد» به  طورکلی یعنی وعده دادن برای انجام کاری در زمان یا مکان مشخص در آینده که خیر آن را وعده و شر آن را وعید می نامند. طبق مباحث کلامی و آیات مختلف قرآن کریم می دانیم که خداوند هرگاه وعده ای می دهد همیشه طبق آن عمل می کند و وعده های او تخلف ناپذیر است. یکی از روش های تشویق مخاطبان برای اطاعت از اوامر و ترک نواهی موضوع وعدۀ الهی است. این پژوهش با رویکرد تطبیقی ـ تحلیلی به بررسی وعده الهی در قرآن و کتب تواریخ ایام پرداخته است؛ وعده هایی که خداوند به حضرت داوود علیه السلام و سلیمان علیه السلام می دهد و به این نکات دست یافته که آنچه خداوند به حضرت داوود علیه السلام وعده داده بود طبق فرمایش قرآن محقق گشته است؛ اما درباره تحقق یافتن وعده‌ی حضرت سلیمان† قرآن آن را اشاره نکرده است؛ ولی طبق گواهی تاریخ به دست می آید که آن نیز محقق شده است.},
