Thomas Kuhn is a philosopher who became famous in the field of the philosophy of science by raising challenging topics such as scientific revolutions, paradigms and incommensurability of paradigms. One of the most important challenges created by him is his emphasis on and support for relativism. The dissemination and influence of Kuhn's thoughts and opinions in various scientific circles strengthened relativism in science and contributed to its spread in humanities and social sciences. However, there are not enough critical writings about Kuhn's views, and some try to question Kuhn's relativism. Undoubtedly, the lack of knowledge of the theoretical foundations and criticisms leveled against Kuhn's view will have negative scientific and cultural consequences. This article aims to discuss the most important theoretical foundations of Kuhn's view and criticize the relativism in this view. The descriptive-critical method is used in this library research.},

abstract_fa ={توماس کوهن فیلسوفی است که با مطرح کردن مباحث چالش برانگیزی مانند انقلاب های علمی، پارادایم و قیاس ناپذیری پارادایم ها در حوزه فلسفه علم شهرت پیدا کرد. یکی از مهم ترین چالش های ایجادشده توسط کوهن این است که وی تقویت کننده جریان نسبی گرایی بوده است. انتشار و تأثیرگذاری افکار و آراء کوهن در محافل مختلف علمی، به  نسبیت در علم و تسری این تلقی به حوزه علوم انسانی و اجتماعی شد.
بااین حال، نوشته های انتقادی درباره آراء کوهن به اندازه کافی وجود ندارد، بلکه برخی تلاش می کنند نسبی گرایی کوهن را مورد تردید قرار دهند. بدون شک عدم اطلاع از مبانی نظری و انتقادات وارد بر دیدگاه کوهن، پیامدهای سوء علمی و فرهنگی به جا می گذارد. تدوین این مقاله با هدف بیان مهم ترین مبانی نظری دیدگاه کوهن و انتقاد از نسبی گرایی موجود در این دیدگاه انجام شده است. روش به کارگرفته شده در این تحقیق، که با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای شکل گرفته، توصیفی و انتقادی است.},
