abstract = {Abstract
As the person directing the government, the Islamic ruler has one of the most important and highest positions in the Islamic system. Therefore, he plays an important role in the religious education of people in the society. Many religious behaviors in the Islamic society are influenced by the characteristics and governance style of the ruler. Using the descriptive-analytical method, this research aims to speak of the characteristics and influence of the Islamic ruler in the area of religious education. The findings of this research are based on the examination of these characteristics in the three dominant communication dimensions in relation to oneself, God and people, which are also mentioned in the verses and traditions. Based on these findings, the most important characteristics are: practicing what one preaches, having patience and perseverance in the propagation of religion, having fear of God and not being attached to the world, showing responsibility and accountability, showing gentleness and kindness to people, having benevolence towards people, preventing the unqualified people from gaining power, judging rightly and establishing social justice, and not trespassing on people's property. The ruler's adherence to these duties promotes religious education in the society.

abstract_fa ={حاکم اسلامی به عنوان فردی که مسیر و جهت حکومت را نشان می دهد، یکی از مهم ترین و بالاترین جایگاه ها را در ارکان نظام اسلامی دارد. ازاین رو، نقش مهمی در تربیت دینی افراد جامعه دارد. در جامعه اسلامی بسیاری از رفتارهای دینی مردم متأثر از ویژگی ها و شیوۀ حکومتی حاکم جامعه است. این پژوهش با هدف بیان ویژگی های حاکم اسلامی در تربیت دینی به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی درصدد اثبات تأثیر آنها در تربیت دینی است. مهم ترین دستاوردهای این پژوهش که از بررسی این ویژگی ها در سه بُعد ارتباطی حاکم در رابطه با خود، خدا و مردم جای می گیرد و در آیات و روایات هم به آن اشاره شده است، عبارتند از: عمل به گفته خود، صبر و استقامت در تبلیغ دین، خشیت الهی و عدم دلبستگی به دنیا، مسئولیت پذیری و پاسخ گویی، نرم خویی و ملاطفت با مردم، خیرخواهی نسبت به مردم، جلوگیری از مسئولیت نااهلان، قضاوت به حق و تحقق عدالت اجتماعی، تعدی نکردن به مال مردم؛ که پایبندی حاکم به این وظایف موجب ترویج تربیت دینی در جامعه می شود.},
