Humans have many needs and the quantity and quality of the fulfillment of needs is effective in reaching or losing happiness. Therefore, needs management is of special importance and since various factors are effective on human needs, it is necessary to identify these factors for needs management. In this article, the external factors affecting human needs are analyzed and examined from the perspective of the Qur'an. According to the findings of this research, 1. Divine succor is an important factor in providing the necessary grounds for prioritizing spiritual needs over material needs, and not having it causes a wrong choice in directing needs, to the extent that a person with great knowledge of religious teachings may not achieve happiness. 2. By influencing human knowledge and tendencies, the Satan plays a role in intensifying and weakening human needs, and in cases where the fulfillment of spiritual needs requires financial expenses, he prevents man from spiritual advancement by creating fear of poverty 3. Family is one of the main centers for providing for human needs; the developmental needs of children for care and a large part of the emotional needs of couples and children are satisfied in family. 4. Socializing can strengthen and weaken a need or create a false or true need in a person. Associating with sinners engaged in sin (even if the person is not infected with sin, is unwilling in heart, and does not approve of the sinners despite his/her presence) is reprehensible because of the negative effect it has in creating or strengthening a person's tendency towards sin.

abstract_fa ={انسان دارای نیازهای متعددی است که کمّیت و کیفیت برآوردن آنها در رسیدنش به سعادت یا بازماندن از آن اثرگذار است؛ ازاین رو مدیریت نیازها از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است و ازآنجاکه عوامل مختلفی بر نیازهای انسان مؤثر هستند، برای مدیریت نیازها شناسایی این عوامل ضروری است. در این مقاله عوامل بیرونی تأثیرگذار بر نیازهای انسان از منظر قرآن تحلیل و بررسی می شود. طبق یافته های این پژوهش: 1. توفیق الهی عاملی مهم در فراهم آوردن زمینه های لازم برای ترجیح نیازهای معنوی بر نیازهای مادی است و برخوردار نبودن از آن موجب انتخاب نادرست در جهت دهی به نیازهاست؛ به گونه ای که ممکن است فردی در اوج علم به آموزه های دینی، به سعادت نائل نشود. 2. شیطان با اثرگذاری بر شناخت ها و گرایش های انسان در تشدید و تضعیف نیازهای انسان نقش آفرین بوده و در مواردی که برآوردن نیازهای معنوی مستلزم هزینۀ مالی است، با ایجاد ترس از فقر، انسان را از ارتقای معنوی بازمی دارد. 3. خانواده یکی از کانون های اصلی تأمین نیازهای انسان است؛ نیاز تکوینی فرزندان به رسیدگی و بخش وسیعی از نیازهای عاطفی زوجین و فرزندان در خانواده تأمین می شود. 4. معاشرت می تواند موجب تقویت و تضعیف یک نیاز، ایجاد نیازی کاذب یا غیر کاذب در انسان گردد. مجالست با اهل گناه در حال اشتغال آنها به گناه، هرچند انسان به گناه آلوده نشود و قلباً هم ناراضی باشد و حضورش تأیید گناه کاران نباشد، به خاطر تأثیر سوئی که در ایجاد یا تقویت گرایش انسان به گناه دارد، امری نکوهیده است.},
