Examining and reviewing the events after the demise of the Holy Prophet (AS) from a religious and theological point of view will help to clarify many facts about Imamate and succession of the Holy Prophet. According to historical reports, the events of that period of the history of Islam became a turning point in the future path of the Islamic society, and many of the events and currents of the Islamic society today have their roots in that historical period. In the meantime, reflecting on the life and words of Hazrat Fatima in terms of her position in the heart of the Prophet (AS) and her high scientific and spiritual character will be very helpful. From her point of view, imamate is a divine command and prevents dispersions and splits in the ranks of the Islamic Ummah. The spread of justice, guidance of people, and the necessity of having knowledge causes Imamate to be determined for certain people. Based on the Jihad records of Amir al-Mu'minan Ali (AS), his position with the Prophet, and the possession of the aforementioned characteristics, Imam Ali is entitled to imamate. Also, imamate was not exclusive to in the age of Imam Ali (AS) and according to the hadith of Loh Jabir, the imamate of eleven of Imam Ali's children is confirmed by the command of God. With the aim of explaining the position and necessity of Imamate and clarifying its truth and real example, the present research has reached these results using the descriptive-analytical method and referring to various hadiths, historical sources, and the works of contemporary writers.

abstract_fa ={بررسی و بازخوانی رخدادهای پس از رحلت رسول اکرم(ص) از نگاه اعتقادی و کلامی به روشن شدن بسیاری از حقایق امامت و جانشینی پیامبر اکرم(ص) کمک خواهد کرد؛ زیرا به گواه گزارش های تاریخی، رویدادهای آن مقطع تاریخ اسلام نقطۀ عطفی در مسیر آینده جامعه اسلامی شد و بسیاری از حوادث و جریان های امروز جامعه اسلامی، در آن مقطع تاریخی ریشه دارد. در این میان تأمل در سیره و سخنان صدیقۀ طاهره به لحاظ جایگاه ایشان در نزد پیامبر به روایت فریقین و شخصیت والای علمی و معنوی ایشان بسیار راه گشا خواهد بود. از نگاه صدیقۀ طاهره، امامت امری الهی بوده و مانع از شکاف در صفوف امت اسلامی و پراکندگی آنان است. عدالت گستری، هدایت انسان ها، ضرورت برخورداری از علم لازم، سبب تعین یافتن امر امامت در افراد خاصی می شود، که با توجه به سوابق جهادی امیرمؤمنان علی(ع) و جایگاه وی نزد رسول خدا(ص) و برخورداری از ویژگی های پیش گفته، امامت در وی تعین می یابد. همچنین امامت منحصر در عصر امام علی(ع) نبوده و براساس حدیث لوح جابر، امامت یازده نفر از فرزندان علی(ع) هم به امر خداوند ثابت می شود. پژوهش حاضر به شیوۀ توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با مراجعه به منابع حدیثی و تاریخی فریقین و آثار نویسندگان معاصر با هدف تبیین جایگاه و ضرورت امامت و روشن سازی حقیقت و مصداق واقعی امامت به این نتایج دست یافته است.},
