abstract = {Abstract
One of the highly controversial issues today is concerned with the rights and duties of men and women. Some believe that femininity and masculinity are mentally-posited roles given to people by society. Using library and descriptive-analytical methods and based on Ayatollah Misbah Yazdi's theological and ijtihad approach to the issue of the gender and family, this paper seeks to prove the truth of the male and female gender based on the spiritual and physical differences and address the effects of these differences resulting in different rights and duties for each of the two sexes. The findings of the research indicate that these differences never mean women’s oppression or men’s superiority. Male and female sexes are the same in human truth and spirit, and their only difference is in the physical and mental aspects. God has determined mutual rights and duties for their evolution according to these differences and provided the path of perfection and happiness for all human beings.

abstract_fa ={یکی از مسائلی که امروزه در مورد آن اختلاف نظر فراوانی وجود دارد بحث از حقوق و تکالیف زن و مرد است. مدعیان این باور، زنانگی و مردانگی را نقش های اعتباری می دانند که جامعه به افراد بخشیده است. این مقاله به روش کتابخانه ای و به شیوۀ توصیفی ـ تحلیلی صورت گرفته است. براساس رویکرد آیت الله مصباح یزدی به مسئلۀ جنسیت زن و خانواده که رویکردی کلامی و اجتهادی است، به اثبات حقیقت جنس مذکر و مؤنث براساس تفاوت های روحی و جسمی که در هریک از این دو دسته وجود دارد، پرداخته و سپس آثار ناشی از این تفاوت ها را که منجر به تعیین حقوق و تکالیفی برای هریک از دو جنس می شود ذکر می کنیم.
یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که این تفاوت ها هرگز به معنای ظلم در حق زن و برتر بودن مرد نیست؛ بلکه هر دوی آنها در حقیقت و روح انسانی واحدند و تنها تفاوتشان در جهات جسمی و روانی است که خداوند متناسب با این تفاوت ها برای تکامل آنها حقوق و وظایف متقابلی را مشخص کرده و مسیر تکامل و سعادت را برای همه انسان ها مهیا کرده است.},
