Low productivity and lack of commitment to work and, most importantly, not having a suitable educational model to solve the problem of unemployment, is one of the prominent characteristics of underdeveloped countries, including some Islamic countries. The basic solution of this problem requires the education of the society based on comprehensive and efficient ideas along with the presentation of an original, practical and practical model, which is undoubtedly explained in the theoretical and practical life of Amir al-Mu'minan Ali (a.s.). The present essay tries to explain the educational models of Imam Ali (AS) in reviving the culture of work and entrepreneurship with a descriptive-analytical method. The findings of the research show that the Imam proposed educational models in two theoretical and practical areas: In the theoretical field, there are models such as the color of God, value of work, strength in doing work, ambition, punctuality, etc., and in the practical field, the life of Imam (AS) was based on useful and halal work and effort, and avoiding laziness and idleness. Is. یکی از مهم ترین عوامل رشد و توسعه هر جامعه ای بویژه جامعه اسلامی، کار و کارآفرینی است. پایین بودن بهره¬وری و عدم¬تعهد به کار و از همه مهم¬تر نداشتن الگوی تربیتی مناسب برای رفع معضل بیکاری، یکی از شاخصه¬های بارز کشورهای توسعه¬نیافته از جمله برخی کشورهای اسلامی است. رفع اساسی این معضل نیازمند تربیت جامعه بر اساس اندیشه¬هایی جامع و کارآمد به همراه ارائة الگویی اصیل، اجرایی و عملی می¬باشد که بدون تردید این موارد در سیره نظری و عملی امیرمؤمنان علی(ع) تبیین شده است. جستار حاضر سعی دارد با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به تبیین الگوهای تربیتی امام علی(ع) در احیای فرهنگ کار و کارآفرینی بپردازد. یافته¬های پژوهش نشان می-دهد امام الگوهای تربیتی را در دو حوزه نظری و عملی مطرح نموده است: در حوزه نظری الگوهایی مانند رنگ خدایی، ارزشمندی کار، استحکام در انجام کار، بلندهمتی، وقت شناسی و ... و در حوزه عملی، سیره امام¬(ع) بر پایه کار و تلاش مفید و حلال و دوری از تنبلی و بیکاری بوده است.
