abstract = {Undoubtedly, intelligence organizations play a pivotal and decisive role in providing and safeguarding security. However, what ensures the efficacy of these organizations is the ethical framework governing them. The objective of this research is to identify and introduce the principles and essentials of professional ethics for intelligence organizations from the perspective of the Holy Quran. This study, which is applied-developmental in approach and descriptive-analytical in methodology, has been conducted utilizing library and internet resources and documents. Relying on the verses of the Holy Quran, it extracts the principles and essentials of professional ethics for intelligence organizations. The research concludes that the Holy Quran, by emphasizing the four foundational principles of "Justice," "Freedom," "Human Dignity," and "Trustworthiness," offers extensive guidance for the professional ethical system of intelligence organizations. This guidance includes precepts such as: "acting with precaution," "deploying informants," "relying on certainties and trusting the people," "adopting a service-oriented and monotheistic perspective on intelligence activities," "emphasizing the sound judgment of organizational operatives," "respecting the private sphere of individuals within the religious society," and "abstaining from intrusive spying (tajassus) and conjecture (zann)."},

abstract_fa ={بی‌تردید سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی نقش محوری و تعیین‌کننده‌ای در تأمین و حفاظت از امنیت را بر عهده دارند. لیکن آنچه که سبب کارایی این سازمان‌ها می‌شود، نظام اخلاقی حاکم بر این سازمان‌هاست. هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی و معرفی اصول و بایسته‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی از منظر قرآن کریم می‌باشد. پژوهش پیش‌رو که با رویکرد کاربردی ـ توسعه‌ای و با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به رشتۀ تحریر درآمده است، با استفاده از منابع و اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی و با تکیه بر آیات قرآن کریم به استخراج اصول و بایسته‌‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی پرداخته و به این نتیجه رسیده است که قرآن کریم با تأکید بر اصول چهارگانۀ «عدالت»، «آزادی»، «کرامت انسانی» و «امانت‌داری»، رهنمودهای فراوانی همچون «عمل بر طبق احتیاط»، «اعزام مخبر»، «عمل به یقینیات و اعتماد به مردم»، «نگرش خدماتی و توحیدی به فعالیت‌های اطلاعاتی»، «اهتمام به سلامت دستگاه محاسباتی عوامل سازمانی»، «احترام به حریم خصوصی آحاد جامعه دینی» و «اجتناب از تجسس و ظن»، در نظام اخلاق حرفه‌ای سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی دارد.},
