abstract = {For the progress of Islamic society, the Islamic state must intelligently fulfill its inherent duties across all domains. Modern communication technologies have created a new space known as cyberspace. To safeguard against harms and exploit opportunities, it is necessary to present the principles and methods of the Islamic state's engagement with cyberspace based on religious foundations. Employing an analytical-descriptive method, this research examines the methods of the Islamic state's engagement with cyberspace, emphasizing the thoughts of Imam Khamenei. The findings indicate that, considering a political system based on the jurisprudential rules of Islam and with a view to the thoughts of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, the following methods can be inferred for the Islamic state's engagement with cyberspace: future studies and intelligent counteraction, enlightenment and the jihad of clarification, negating foreign dominance over media technology and achieving independence in this arena, and the management of cyberspace. Finally, the method of exporting the revolution and Islamic values is derived from the words of the Supreme Leader. The method of negating foreign dominance over media technology and achieving independence in this arena is implemented through two strategies: the Islamization of communication and media studies, and scientific advancement in modern information and communication technologies. The method of managing cyberspace is also implemented through two strategies: legislation and the establishment of a national information network.},

abstract_fa ={حکومت اسلامی برای پیشرفت جامعۀ اسلامی باید در تمام عرصه‌ها وظایف ذاتی خود را هوشمندانه انجام دهد. فناوری‌های نوین ارتباطی، فضای جدیدی به نام فضای مجازی را ایجاد کرده است. برای ایمنی از آسیب‌ها و بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌ها، ضرورت دارد اصول و شیوه‌های مواجهۀ حکومت اسلامی با فضای مجازی بر پایة مبانیِ دینی ارائه شود. در این پژوهش با روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی، شیوه‌های مواجهة حکومت اسلامی با فضای مجازی با تأکید بر اندیشه‌های امام خامنه‌ای بررسی می‌شود. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از آن است که با توجه ‌به نظام سیاسی مبتنی‌بر قواعد فقهی اسلام و با نگاهی به اندیشه‌های رهبر معظم انقلاب می‌توان شیوه‌های زیر را در نحوة مواجهة حکومت اسلامی با فضای مجازی استنباط‌ کرد: آینده‌پژوهی و مقابلة هوشمندانه، روشنگری و جهاد تبیین، سلب سلطة بیگانه از فناوری رسانه و کسب استقلال در این عرصه، مدیریت فضای مجازی و در نهایت، شیوة صدور انقلاب و ارزش‌های اسلامی از کلام رهبر انقلاب به دست می‌آید. شیوه سلب سلطة بیگانه از فناوری رسانه و کسب استقلال در این عرصه با اجرای دو راهکار اسلامی‌سازی دانش ارتباطات و رسانه و پیشرفت علمی در فناوری‌های نوین اطلاعات و ارتباطات اجرا می‌شود. شیوه مدیریت فضای مجازی نیز با اجرای دو راهکار قانون‌گذاری و ایجاد شبکه ملی اطلاعات اجرا می‌شود.},
