This research aims to investigate and analyze the role of mosque servants as key elements in attracting teenagers to prayer and increasing their interest in religious worship. This study first attempts to examine the factors that prevent teenagers from being attracted to the mosque. Then, by identifying successful patterns of interaction between mosque servants and teenagers, it provides practical solutions to attract this age group to the mosque. In this research, which was conducted using a review-library method, the necessary resources were collected from reputable domestic and international databases, libraries, and scientific publications. The results of this study show that mosque servants, by using innovative approaches and creating attractive environments, can significantly increase teenagers' interest and participation in prayer and other religious activities. In addition, it is suggested that policies related to the training and empowerment of servants be carried out systematically and purposefully to utilize their full capacity to attract and encourage teenagers. مسجد، به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین پایگاه فرهنگی و مذهبی در جوامع اسلامی، نقشی حیاتی در شکل‌دهی هویت دینی و اجتماعی افراد، به‌ویژه در دوران نوجوانی ایفا می‌کند. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی و تحلیل نقش خادمین مسجد به‌عنوان عناصر کلیدی در جذب نوجوانان به نماز و افزایش علاقه آنان به عبادات دینی است. این مطالعه تلاش دارد ابتدا به بررسی عوامل عدم جذب نوجوانان به مسجد بپردازد، سپس با شناسایی الگوهای موفق تعامل بین خادمین مسجد و نوجوانان، راهکارهایی عملی برای جذب این گروه سنی به مسجد ارائه دهد. در این پژوهش که با روش مروری - کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده، منابع مورد نیاز از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر داخلی و بین‌المللی، کتابخانه‌ها و انتشارات علمی جمع‌آوری گردیده‌اند. نتایج این بررسی نشان می‌دهد که خادمین مسجد با استفاده از رویکردهای نوین و ایجاد محیط‌های جذاب، می‌توانند به طور قابل‌توجهی در افزایش علاقه و مشارکت نوجوانان در نماز و سایر فعالیت‌های دینی مؤثر باشند. به‌علاوه، پیشنهاد می‌شود سیاست‌گذاری‌های مرتبط با آموزش و توانمندسازی خادمین به‌صورت سیستماتیک و هدفمند انجام شود تا از ظرفیت کامل آنها برای جذب و تشویق نوجوانان بهره‌برداری گردد.
