abstract = {This research aims to examine the role of the teachings of Imam al-Sajjad (peace be upon him) in the Risālat al-Ḥuqūq, specifically the right of the neighbor, in improving neighborly relations and social cohesion. The research method is qualitative, employing a descriptive-analytical approach, conducted using Islamic sources and related studies. The results indicate that strengthening social cohesion can be achieved through increasing a sense of responsibility and solidifying social identity, building trust and social security, reinforcing solidarity and social participation, preventing and reducing social harms, improving quality of life, and strengthening moral and spiritual values. Factors contributing to the diminished importance of neighborly relations in contemporary societies include structural changes and modern urbanization, cultural and social transformations, psychological factors, and changes in lifestyle. Practical strategies based on the teachings and doctrines of Imam al-Sajjad (peace be upon him) that can contribute to the reconstruction of human relations in societies include: reforming social attitudes through education and cultural cultivation, fostering a culture of respect and good character in neighborly relations, creating opportunities for social interaction at the neighborhood level, promoting a spirit of empathy and mutual assistance, reforming urban laws and policies to strengthen social interactions, utilizing technology to facilitate neighborly communication, and setting a model for other social relationships.},

abstract_fa ={این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش آموزه‌های امام سجاد(ع) در رسالۀ حقوق، حق همسایگی در بهبود روابط همسایگی و انسجام اجتماعی انجام شده است. روش تحقیق کیفی و به شیوه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بوده که با استفاده از منابع اسلامی و تحقیقات مرتبط انجام شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد، از طریق افزایش حس مسئولیت‌پذیری و تحکیم هویت اجتماعی، ایجاد اعتماد و امنیت اجتماعی، تقویت همبستگی و مشارکت اجتماعی، پیشگیری و کاهش آسیب‌های اجتماعی، بهبود کیفیت زندگی، تقویت ارزش های اخلاقی و معنوی می‌تواند به تقویت همبستگی اجتماعی کمک کند. عواملی که باعث کاهش اهمیت روابط همسایگی در جوامع معاصر شده است، شامل تغییرات ساختاری و شهرنشینی مدرن، تغییرات فرهنگی و اجتماعی، عوامل روان‌شناختی و تغییر در سبک زندگی. راهکارهای عملی بر اساس تعالیم و آموزه‌های امام سجاد(ع) که می‌تواند به بازسازی روابط انسانی در جوامع کمک کند، عبارت‌اند از: اصلاح نگرش اجتماعی از طریق آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی، تقویت فرهنگ احترام و حسن خلق در روابط همسایگی، ایجاد فرصت‌های تعامل اجتماعی در سطح محله، ترویج روحیه همدلی و کمک به یکدیگر، اصلاح قوانین و سیاست‌های شهری برای تقویت تعاملات اجتماعی، استفاده از فناوری برای تسهیل ارتباطات همسایگی، الگوسازی برای سایر روابط اجتماعی.},
