Mesbah Yazdi, by carefully distinguishing between the concepts of science and religion, argues that any perceived conflict between scientific findings and religious teachings stems from either misinterpretation of divine texts or deficiencies in the foundations of empirical and human sciences. He considers the criterion for the religious or non-religious nature of sciences to be their connection to human guidance and ultimate well-being. According to him, when the foundations of human sciences are rooted in a materialistic and human-centered worldview, these sciences become incompatible with religious knowledge and require fundamental reassessment. Based on this analysis, the reform and Islamization of human sciences necessitate not only content adjustment but also alignment of methods and objectives with values derived from Islamic teachings. Thus, a corrective and interactive approach, emphasizing the reevaluation of both the foundations and goals of sciences, is endorsed by Mesbah Yazdi as essential for realizing genuinely Islamic human sciences. این مقاله به واکاوی دیدگاه علامه مصباح یزدی درباره نسبت علم و دین، به‌ویژه در حوزه علوم انسانی، می‌پردازد. علامه مصباح، با تفکیک دقیق مفاهیم علم و دین، بر این باور است که تعارض بهره‌های علمی و آموزه‌های دینی، ناشی از سوءتفسیر متون وحیانی یا نقص در مبانی علوم تجربی و انسانی است. وی، شاخص دینی یا غیردینی بودن علوم را میزان ارتباط آن‌ها با سعادت و هدایت انسان می‌داند و معتقد است در مواردی که مبانی علوم انسانی بر جهان‌بینی مادی و اومانیستی استوار باشد، این علوم با معرفت دینی ناسازگار خواهند بود و باید مبانی آن‌ها مورد بازنگری قرار گیرد. بر اساس این تحلیل، اصلاح و اسلامی‌سازی علوم انسانی نه تنها به تغییر محتوایی، بلکه به تطبیق روش‌ها و اهداف آن علوم با ارزش‌های برگرفته از آموزه‌های اسلامی نیازمند است. بدین‌ترتیب، رویکردی تعاملی و اصلاحی برای تحقق علوم انسانی اسلامی، از رهگذر بازخوانی مبانی و اهداف علمی، مورد تأیید علامه مصباح قرار می‌گیرد.
