Efficiency in administrative systems is not limited to technical productivity; it also encompasses spiritual growth, justice, accountability, and the realization of religious values. Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi, through a profound critique of the epistemological and anthropological foundations of Western human sciences, maintains that without a fundamental reform of human sciences and their replacement with Islamic human sciences, no sustainable transformation in the administrative and managerial systems of society can be achieved. This study employs a descriptive-analytical method and relies on the Islamic foundations of anthropology, epistemology, and axiology in Mesbah Yazdi’s thought to elucidate the role of Islamic human sciences in enhancing administrative efficiency. The findings indicate that reforming human sciences is a prerequisite for restructuring administrative systems in Islamic societies, and such reform must be designed around ethics, spirituality, loyalty to divine guidance, and the purposeful development of human beings within the framework of creation. در اندیشه اسلامی، به‌ویژه از منظر علامه محمدتقی مصباح یزدی(ره) ، علوم انسانی نقشی اساسی در اصلاح و کارآمدی ساختارهای اجتماعی و اداری ایفا می‌کنند. کارآمدی در نظام اداری صرفاً به بهره‌وری فنی محدود نمی‌شود، بلکه شامل رشد معنوی، عدالت، مسئولیت‌پذیری و تحقق ارزش‌های دینی نیز هست. آیت‌الله محمدتقی مصباح یزدی(ره) با نقد عمیق نسبت به مبانی معرفت‌شناختی و انسان‌شناختی علوم انسانی غربی، معتقد است که بدون اصلاح بنیادین در علوم انسانی و جایگزینی آن با علوم انسانی اسلامی، هیچ نوع تحول پایداری در عرصه نظام اداری و مدیریتی کشور حاصل نخواهد شد. این مقاله، با استفاده از روش توصیفی‌ _ تحلیلی و با تکیه بر مبانی انسان‌شناسی، معرفت‌شناسی و ارزش‌شناسی اسلامی در آراء مصباح یزدی(ره)، به تبیین نقش علوم انسانی اسلامی در کارآمدسازی نظام اداری پرداخته است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که تحول در علوم انسانی پیش‌نیاز اصلاح ساختار اداری در جوامع اسلامی است و باید بر محور اخلاق، معنویت، ولایت‌مداری و هدفمندی انسان در نظام خلقت طراحی گردد.
