In recent decades, rapid media, cultural, and social developments have created a phenomenon called "identity invasion" that has affected the identity structures of societies, especially societies with a rich religious and cultural background like Iran. This research, using a qualitative approach and thematic content analysis method, has identified the dimensions and consequences of the identity crisis resulting from identity invasion in contemporary Iranian society. The data were collected through library study and document analysis and selected through purposeful sampling. The findings show that the identity crisis manifests in six main dimensions: The consequences of this crisis include generational disconnection, weakening social cohesion, decreased adherence to religious values, increased psychological and cultural trauma, and weakening social capital. The results of the research can help cultural and educational policymakers design preventive and strategic programs to strengthen national and religious identity and confront identity threats. هویت به عنوان یکی از اساسی‌ترین عناصر شکل‌دهنده شخصیت فردی و جمعی، نقش مهمی در حفظ انسجام اجتماعی و فرهنگی دارد. در دهه‌های اخیر، تحولات سریع رسانه‌ای، فرهنگی و اجتماعی، پدیده‌ای به نام «تهاجم هویتی» را پدید آورده که ساختارهای هویتی جوامع، به‌ویژه جوامع با پیشینه دینی و فرهنگی غنی مانند ایران را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و به روش تحلیل محتوای تماتیک، به شناسایی ابعاد و پیامدهای بحران هویت ناشی از تهاجم هویتی در جامعه معاصر ایران پرداخته است. داده‌ها از طریق مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و تحلیل اسنادی گردآوری و با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که بحران هویت در شش بُعد اصلی بروز می‌کند: بحران معنا، مصرف‌گرایی، تخریب الگوهای هویتی بومی و دینی، دوگانگی میان هویت دینی و رسانه‌ای، جنگ روایت‌ها و فروپاشی نهادهای هویت‌ساز. پیامدهای این بحران شامل گسست نسلی، تضعیف انسجام اجتماعی، کاهش پایبندی به ارزش‌های دینی، افزایش آسیب‌های روانی و فرهنگی و تضعیف سرمایه اجتماعی است. نتایج پژوهش می‌تواند به سیاست‌گذاران فرهنگی و آموزشی در طراحی برنامه‌های پیشگیرانه و راهبردی برای تقویت هویت ملی و دینی و مقابله با تهدیدات هویتی یاری رساند.
