The purpose of this research is to compare the degree of connection between Ihsan in the Quran and the redistribution of wealth in economics with moral values ​​and legal requirements. The Holy Quran links Ihsan with moral values ​​and considers special legal requirements for it. Do economic schools also establish a connection between moral values ​​and the redistribution of wealth? And do they consider special legal rules for it? This study uses a descriptive-analytical method to investigate this issue. The findings of the study show that the Holy Quran associates charity with moral imperatives such as maintaining dignity, avoiding favoritism, and using the mechanism of secret aid, while economics does not establish a value relationship between wealth redistribution and morality. The Quran also establishes legal requirements for charity, such as benefiting the needy from the wealth of the rich and the right of the needy to access public wealth, which has a greater impact on reducing or eliminating poverty among the weak in society than the redistribution of wealth in economics. قرآن کریم کمک یک طرفه مالی به ناتوانان جامعه را «احسان» می‌نامد که از مهم‌ترین بحث‌های مالی برای کاهش میزان فقر در جامعه است. بازتوزیع ثروت درعلم اقتصاد که به منظور کاهش نابرابری وضع شده است با «احسان» شباهت دارد. هدف از انجام این تحقیق، مقایسه میزان ارتباط احسان در قرآن و بازتوزیع ثروت در علم اقتصاد برمبنای ارزش‌های اخلاقی و الزمات حقوقی است. آیا همانگونه که قرآن کریم «احسان» را با ارزش‌های اخلاقی و الزمات حقوقی ویژه‌ای پیوند می‌دهد، مکاتب اقتصادی نیز این پیوند را درنظر می‌گیرند؟این پژوهش با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی این مسأله را تحقیق می‌کند یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد قرآن کریم احسان را با بایسته‌های اخلاقی از قبیل حفظ کرامت، پرهیز از منت‌گذاری و استفاده از ساز و کار کمک پنهانی مرتبط می‌داند در حالی که علم اقتصاد رابطه‌ی ارزشی میان بازتوزیع ثروت و اخلاق برقرار نمی‌کند همچنین قرآن الزامات حقوقی مانند منتفع کردن نیازمندان از اموال ثروتمندان و حق دسترسی نیازمندان به ثروت‌های عمومی برای احسان وضع کرده است که نسبت به بازتوزیع ثروت علم اقتصاد تأثیر بیشتری برای کاهش یا نابودی فقر در میان افراد ناتوان جامعه دارد.
