This article, using an analytical method, rereads the intellectual system of Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi, focusing on the monotheism of actions as the fundamental principle. By explaining the longitudinal relationship of material causes in line with the divine will, monotheism of actions transforms medicine from a secular technology into a meaningful activity in which treatment is considered cooperation with the divine will. Explaining the wisdom of illness within the framework of the good system gives a constructive meaning to the patient's suffering. In divine anthropology, the body is a divine trust that turns maintaining health into a religious duty. Healing is a divine act that manifests through natural means, and the physician is an intermediary of divine grace who must act with humility and trustworthiness. Medical ethics in this system is based on duty-orientedness, and the ultimate goal of treatment is defined as empowering humans to worship and fulfill the duties of divine caliphate. This model can be a response to the spiritual challenges of modern medicine. الهیات طب به تبیین بنیان¬های متافیزیکی و اخلاقی حوزه طب از منظر دینی می‌پردازد و تلاش دارد مفاهیم بنیادین پزشکی از جمله انسان، سلامت، بیماری، شفا، طب و طبابت را از منظر الهیاتی بازتعریف کند و به تحولات نوین طبی واکنش الهیاتی نشان دهد. این مقاله با روش تحلیلی، منظومه فکری آیت‌الله مصباح یزدی را با محوریت توحید افعالی به عنوان اصلی اساسی بازخوانی می‌کند. توحید افعالی با تبیین رابطه طولی علل مادی در راستای اراده الهی، پزشکی را از فناوری سکولار به فعالیتی معنادار تبدیل می‌کند که در آن درمان، همکاری با اراده الهی محسوب می‌شود. تبیین حکمت بیماری در چارچوب نظام احسن، به رنج بیمار، معنایی سازنده می‌بخشد. در انسان¬شناسی الهی، بدن به مثابه امانت الهی می¬باشد که حفظ سلامت را به تکلیفی شرعی تبدیل می‌کند. شفا فعل الهی است که از طریق اسباب طبیعی ظاهر می‌شود و طبیب واسطه فیض الهی است که باید با تواضع و امانت‌داری عمل کند. اخلاق پزشکی در این منظومه بر مبنای تکلیف‌گرایی شکل گرفته و هدف نهایی درمان، توانمندسازی انسان برای عبادت و انجام وظایف خلافت الهی تعریف می‌شود. این الگو می‌تواند پاسخی به چالش‌های معنوی پزشکی مدرن باشد.
