abstract "Share or difference in the basic nature of humans" is one of the most controversial issues in anthropology and has a fundamental effect on various human sciences. In the Holy Qur'an, on the one hand, a group of verses indicate the common nature of human beings, and on the other hand, a group of verses have been cited by some commentators on the differences in the primary nature of humans or may be cited by them. The purpose of the present research is to examine the view of the Holy Quran on the mentioned issue by thematic interpretation method. According to this research, according to the first group of verses, the Holy Qur'an considers the principle of the basic nature of humans to be common, but the verses of the second group, some of them do not basically refer to the basic nature, and others, the difference of some characteristics of the basic nature of human beings - such as actuality. And strength or strength and weakness - they refer without expressing the difference in their nature.
