The axis of the international system is power, and the degree of influence in the hard and soft dimensions of power is an indication of the hegemony and superpower of states. In the meantime, various domestic and international scholars believe that we are currently witnessing the decline of America, and the question is: What are the evidence and causes of America's decline from the perspective of Ayatollah Khamenei? Using a descriptive and analytical method and by collecting data using a library method, we find that he considers the decline of America to be inevitable and ongoing, and he considers its main evidence and causes to be the alleged power of America from the very beginning, the increase in the awakening of nations, the invalidity of the philosophy of colonialism and force, as well as the failures and threatened failures of these states. In other words, the weakness of America's performance and the gaining of power by other international actors are the two main factors in the decline of America, and this decline is based on established divine traditions and is inevitable and based on the increase in believing and God-seeking nations, alleged power, the spread of hatred and antagonism towards America, the progress of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the invalidity of the philosophy of domination, and so on.
