Abstract:
Humility, a prominent ethical virtue in the Quran, plays a pivotal role in individual and societal flourishing. This research, aiming to offer strategies for cultivating this virtue based on Quranic teachings, employs a library-based methodology. After compiling detailed bibliographic entries, the study analyzes Quranic verses related to humility using descriptive and content analysis approaches. The findings indicate that humility, as presented in the Quran, is a multifaceted concept encompassing submission to God, respect for others, and the avoidance of self-aggrandizement. The research further suggests practical methods for cultivating humility, including contemplation of God’s grandeur, associating with humble individuals, and practicing humble conduct. Title :چیستی تواضع و راهای پرورش آن از دیدگاه قرآن کریم
Abstract:
تواضع، به عنوان یکی از برجستهترین فضایل اخلاقی در قرآن کریم، نقشی محوری در سعادت فردی و اجتماعی ایفا میکند. این پژوهش با هدف ارائه راهکارهایی برای پرورش و تقویت این فضیلت در پرتو آموزههای قرآن کریم انجام شده است. در این راستا، اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه ای گردآوری شده اند و پس از استخراج فیش ها، با استفاده از روش توصیفی و تحلیل محتوا، آیات مرتبط با تواضع در قرآن کریم مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که تواضع در قرآن کریم به عنوان یک مفهوم چندوجهی مطرح شده است که شامل فروتنی در برابر خداوند، احترام به دیگران و پرهیز از خودبزرگبینی میشود. همچنین، راههای عملی برای پرورش تواضع شامل تفکر در عظمت خداوند، همنشینی با افراد متواضع و تمرین رفتارهای فروتنانه است. پرورش این فضیلت، علاوه بر آنکه جهان را به مکانی بهتر برای زندگی تبدیل میکند، مقدمهای برای دستیابی به سعادت ابدی است. راههای کسب و پرورش تواضع اخلاقی از منظر آیات قرآن کریم به دو بُعد علمی و عملی تقسیم میشود. بُعد علمی میتواند مقدمهای برای بُعد عملی باشد.
