Ma`rifat

This article seeks to present an analysis of the three pillars of politics. Achieving a desirable outcome in the realm of politics and the correct management of society is contingent upon three fundamental pillars: 1. The existence of laws and regulations that delineate the boundaries of social behavior and formulate do’s and don’ts in such a way as to secure the interests of society (including both worldly and otherworldly interests). 2. Individuals who undertake the responsibility of executing these laws. 3. The people, who, by obeying the laws and regulations, play a role in the management of society to realize its objectives. This article elaborates in detail on the conditions and criteria for formulating laws; the conditions and criteria for the executors of laws and regulations; the role of the people in accepting and adhering to the laws, and finally, the ideal divine strategies for these three elements of politics.
