This study examines the central role of humans in Islamic humanities and the perspective of Allameh Mohammad-Taqi Mesbah Yazdi on redefining and Islamizing these sciences. The main issue is that humans, as the core subject of the humanities, are defined and analyzed through various subtopics and specific issues, and the Islamic approach imposes particular requirements, including revisions in anthropological and sociological foundations. The central research question is how the re-conceptualization of humans in Islamic humanities can enhance the efficiency of the legal system and administrative structures. The study aims to investigate the role of localization and Islamization of the humanities in improving the effectiveness of Islamic legal frameworks. The research method is descriptive-analytical, with data collected from library sources. Findings indicate that, from Mesbah’s perspective, localizing and Islamizing humanities, grounded in an Islamic worldview, enables the design and organization of legal rules and regulations in accordance with the higher goals of human spiritual growth and development. Consequently, this approach renders the Islamic legal system both effective and practical. The study concludes that rethinking Islamic anthropology and aligning it with humanities is essential for establishing an efficient legal and administrative system in an Islamic society.
