Researchers in the field of spirituality have considered unstructuredness to be one of the main components of emerging spiritualities. Secular spirituality attempts to rationally justify this component under the pretext of the dynamics of conduct and under the guise of seeking an authentic life, and claims that Sharia, with its fixed frameworks and specific structures, leads to religious formalism and the death of the spirit of spirituality. A critique of the philosophical and anthropological foundations of secular spirituality shows that the Islamic perspective, with its specific definition of the unity of existence and the correct position of man, provides a comprehensive response and an obstacle to the spiritual crisis of the modern era. This research, using a descriptive-analytical method and relying on the works of Allamah Misbah Yazdi (RA), rationally and philosophically proves the necessity of spiritual structure and discipline based on revelation and shows that spirituality, as an effective component in human worldly and hereafter happiness, cannot be without revelation and Sharia. On the one hand, newly emerging spiritualities behind the mask of deconstruction capture man in the humanistic structure and the mirage of spirituality. As a result, adherence to Sharia is not only a necessary condition for sustainable spirituality, but also protects man from falling into the trap of individualism and extreme secular rationalism.
