The duty of the Islamic government towards the weak and oppressed outside the borders of the Islamic state requires solving a deeper problem called the origin of truth. One of the important questions that requires a convincing answer is: How does one gain rights over another? It is possible to use a polemical response to avoid the continuation of the question and answer by saying: Everyone understands who is right, and if it is not clear who is right in a case, we refer to religion and, based on the religious perspective, we determine who is right and who is entitled. What is right? Who is the true owner and authority for determining right? How far do divine rights extend?
