Abstract:
Reflection on "applied theology," meaning an approach in which the level of theological discussions is elevated from "abstracts" to "application and practice," and an effort is made to have theological issues regain their place in individual and social practical fields and find their role in confronting the issues and dilemmas of Islamic society, reveals the necessity of more specialized entry into various aspects of application. Thus, the present study, which was conducted by examining library documents and using an analytical method, has attempted to look at theological discussions through the practical lens of "education" by proposing the new topic of "education" and to outline the goal of this discussion in creating a coherent and harmonious system of educational issues with ideological principles.
Achieving such a goal will require taking two important steps: first, explaining and analyzing the educational implications of verbal topics, which will be done using a descriptive-analytical method. Second, examining the process and how the implications are implemented, which will be addressed using field and experimental methods.
Thus, creating an intermediary link between scientific and abstract discussions in Islamic theology and field and applied psychological and educational discussions will be one of the most important achievements of the interdisciplinary field of "educational theology".
