Abstract:
With the occurrence of the first phase of the Islamic Revolution in 1979, important tasks in order to realize the goals and ideals of the Islamic Revolution were assigned to the blessed seminary as the only institution in charge of the affairs and issues of the Islamic religion during the Occultation. The Islamic revolution, which has the characteristic of permanent transformation, does not end with the occurrence of the first stage, which was the change of political governance, but the formation of an Islamic state, the achievement of the Islamic Ummah, and ultimately the Islamic civilization, are among the major goals and stages of the revolution process. Therefore, it is not possible to bring the revolution to its destination without digging and researching in the revelation texts and jurisprudential sources in order to nourish the intellectual power of Islamic political governance and to meet the theoretical and practical needs of the Islamic government. In this article, the responsibility of scholars and students in the field of government jurisprudence and the importance of social rules and branches of Islam is discussed. Seminaries can produce
